Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Note: Personalized, custom, or final sale items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Underwear and intimate apparel
• Swimwear without original hygiene protection
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at payment@stavertmode.com.
2. Provide the following details:
   • Order number
   • Full name
   • Item(s) you wish to return
   • Reason for the return
3. Our team will provide a return authorization and step-by-step instructions within 2 business days.

Tip: Keep the original shipping packaging if possible—it helps prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping

• Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
• Please ensure that the return package is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that:

• Arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Require a different size (subject to stock availability)

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and item details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us immediately at payment@stavertmode.com.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
3. We will process your exchange or refund promptly at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Contact your payment provider.
3. Contact us at payment@stavertmode.com if the refund still hasn’t been processed.
